Ace Palacio: Lead Electric and Acoustic Guitar

Ace Palacio began playing guitar at the early age of 12. He has played many forms of guitar including country, blues, pop, metal, top 40’s, classical, etc. Over the years Ace has played in numerous bands: Oz/Lillian Axe, After Dark, King Soul, Local Option II and Lights Out. He played with ex members of Mink and the Newsboys in an acoustic trio called, Acoustic DAL.

He has also played country guitar with Meghan Lindsey (up and coming country singer) and opened up for Travis Tritt, John Michael Montgomery, and Blake Shelton. He has played guitar at the world famous “Bluebird Café” in Nashville, TN.

Ace’s nickname came from listening to KISS growing up and playing their tunes. He is also in a KISS tribute band (based out of Mississippi) called Gods of Thunder. Ace has an ear for music and can play almost any tune. He can adapt to any style of music from one extreme to the next. He is known as the jukebox man, due to knowing all types of songs. He has freelanced with many bands in the New Orleans area.

Ace’s biggest downfall is the “Guitar of the Month” which means he is constantly buying a new one.
