Don Barry: Lead Vocals, Harmonica, Keyboard

News 07/07/08: Don just won the Star Search contest on Lake 94.7 Radio Station. His song “Ode to the 9th Ward” will be played there for one year and he won a contract with a famous agent. Check out his “Retro News” website, TheDonBarry.com.

Don Barry is an established and well recognized lead singer and performer throughout Southern Louisiana and the Gulf South. Featuring his powerhouse vocals, Don has performed in shows with New Orleans legends such as Dr. John, The Neville Brothers, LaRoux and Deacon John. Don has also performed with national recording artists The Producers, Paul Karak, Nick Lowe and Looking Glass. His local resume includes such super groups as Rockin’ Horse, Mink, The Newsboys, The Top Cats, and Don Barry and King Soul.

Don Barry ignited Bourbon Street in the French Quarter with numerous bands including the extremely popular and dynamic The Famous Door Dream Band.
